The Residence Hall Staff is available to answer students' day to day questions about life in the residence halls.

Front Desk Numbers

If you have any of the following questions or concerns, please contact the Front Desk Staff for your hall:

• I lost my key and need to have my lock replaced and new keys ordered.
• I know where my key is, but I locked myself out of my room.
• Something in my room or floor isn't working.  How do I fill out a work order?
• I need to contact the RA on duty.
• I want to rent a vacuum.
• I'm expecting a package.  Has it come in yet?

Residence Hall Professional Staff Directory

The Residence Hall Professional Staff is available to assist in any emergency situations, concerns about your living situation, or conflicts with roommates or floormates. Please understand the Roommate Responsibilities and attempt to resolve conflicts with others peacefully yourself. If the problem continues, contact your RA. Your RA will attempt to find an acceptable compromise, and may refer you to one of the contacts below if necessary.
