Dunn and Barton Halls.

Dunn-Barton is a coed hall. The beds in Dunn-Barton can be bunked, and the desks are movable. Dunn traditionally houses many upper-class and transfer students, although any student is welcome to live there. Student rooms in Central Campus are wired for direct network access via ResNet. Central Campus rooms are not air-conditioned, however, public areas such as lounges are air-conditioned until mid-September. There are no elevators in Central Campus. Lifestyles available in Central Campus are Transfer, Upper-class, and Quiet.

As with all Illinois State University residence halls, ample study locations are available at this location for students looking for a quiet place outside their room.
