Shelbourne also has two modified apartments for people who use wheelchairs--a one-bedroom and a two-bedroom/two-bathroom.
As in Cardinal Court, residents are responsible for payment of gas, electricity, and telephone charges. Water, Basic Cable, and Broadband Internet are included in the monthly rent.
Each apartment is equipped with:

- Gas-forced air furnace
- Tile floors
- Traverse rods
