Affordability of University Housing Services Apartments.

A day in the park.

See what our apartments have to offer!

If you need an affordable apartment in a quiet and family-friendly atmosphere, then check out our two complexes - Cardinal Court and 300 Shelbourne Drive.

Rent includes Broadband internet, basic cable, and water. The complexes also offer handy laundry facilities, an activity center with computers, nice playground equipment, volleyball courts, and staff that are available 24/7 - all at a rate you can afford.
